What is Zapier?
Zapier is an integration hub. It means that you can use Zapier as a “single window” to connect your app with any service from Zapier catalogue. The integration is called ‘Zap’—that is a connection between two apps made of a trigger and an action. A trigger is an event in one system, and an action happens in the other. For example, you got a new email in your Gmail account (this is a trigger) and you want to create a new card on Trello (this is an action). There are thousands of options for choosing triggers and actions. The fantastic news is that now you can choose Directual among them, both on trigger-side and on action-side!
How can I use Zapier in my Directual-based app?
Let’s figure out the potential business effect of connecting your app with other systems.
If you already know why you need integrations, check the detailed instructions of setting up Zapier trigger/action on Directual.

Zapier plays a role of glue to that ecosystem, connecting lots of these services. And now, having connected with 99% of the modern business systems, Directual becomes the perfect choice for building flexible and scalable back-end for your new product.
